Service Agreement
By requesting repair services from Urban Wolf Repair Chicago, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide appliance repair services for Wolf brand products in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Illinois, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Service Estimates
All repair work is preceded by a diagnostic assessment. After diagnosis, we provide a detailed estimate of parts and labor costs. Repair work begins only after you approve the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's time to travel to your location and perform a thorough diagnostic assessment. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
Parts and Warranty
Replacement parts used in repairs carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Our labor is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of repair. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will address it at no additional labor cost.
Independent Service Provider
Urban Wolf Repair Chicago is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Wolf, Sub-Zero Group, Inc., or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.
Liability Limitations
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by others, or issues unrelated to our repair work.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 4 hours advance notice without charge. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access Requirements
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. This includes clear workspace around the appliance, functioning utilities, and building access arrangements for managed properties.
